The breakfast spread was delightful and delicious. The room was bright and cozy. The location was very comfortable. Closer the the main station/metro/bus. Very convenient location and a shopping mall was nearby with a huge grocery store for the daily needs. I would like to specially mention Mr Bruno for his wonderful hospitality. He was extremely helpful and gracious enough to help in many ways like finding tours, giving us recommendations etc., which was beyond his duty. Mr Leo was very kind and made sure that the stay in the hotel was comfortable and addressed and resolved any concern immediately.

Liked having coffee maker in the room. Windows can be opened to get fresh air. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet had many choices. Staff were friendly. Easy access to Oriente Train Station, the metro, and a bus across the street that takes you into the city and even to Belem. Lots of restaurants in the area. Enjoyed the Parque das Naçoes and nearby Aquarium.

location is perfect for the Oriente area if u are attending a concert or for getting to the airport. Breakfast was buffet style …..coffee machine not so good but otherwise everything fine. A little disappointing was that we left the room at 10.00 and returned at 15.00 and the room was not serviced …..as we wanted to rest before dinner the room was therefore not made for us … we called to reception for fresh towels which were delivered …but to have the room done would have been better.

The staff at reception were warm, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast staff were really lovely and efficient. The breakfast spread was great; a wonderful variety of bread and pastries, warm food, fruits, cereals and juices. Dishes were quickly topped up when they got close to empty, the room was relaxing, the seats were comfortable. Our room was always perfectly clean when we returned in the afternoon. The location was great; close to many good restaurants, shopping mall, station, and the amazing aquarium.

We had a one night stay here due to transfers and it was amazing! Staff upgraded us to a suite which was really surprising and suite was really big, clean and comfortable! Breakfast has also many great options and is tasty. Lisbon Oriente station is 3 min away so its a nice location as well. Nearby there is arena where concerts are held, aquarium and shopping center! Overall 10/10 would recommend, thanks Olissippo Oriente for great stay!

The breakfast was really good. Lots of choices and the team kept the offerings full. Our room was quite large and had seating options other than the beds. The room was cleaned quickly and the towels replaced daily if we wished. The hotel is close to the river and there are many nice restaurants nearby.

Lovely breakfast, comfortable room, good location, fair price, and plenty of food, drinks, and water views in walking distance. The proximity to the train station made it really easy to explore the city as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the location. The cleaning staff also made sure the espresso was stocked up and the room was tidy each day and provided us with fresh towels.

Got upgraded to a junior suite which gave a nice little sitting area to relax after walking around the uos and downs of lisbon. Great room, but having stayed here before I know the room I originally booked would have been just as great as well. Also gave me free breakfast although I only drank the coffee and took advantage of enjoying it in the outdoor seating area.

We had a quiet and comfortable room on the 6th floor of the hotel. The room is reasonably spacious and in a good location with easy access to the water front, restaurants and public transport. The WiFi seemed to work well there was also a coffee machine in the room. We parked in the car park under the hotel that was convenient and secure and reasonably priced. The team were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a corporate hotel feel about it.
